Trimmed In Velvet @idlm_nyc
I caved into temptation the other night and ordered this from I Don't Like Mondays. I have a feeling this A. Wang will earn its place in my closet this fall- I have big plans for this little velvet trimmed lovely!

Out the Door @VainandVapid
I love both of these dresses from Vain and Vapid. They look equal parts elegant and easy to wear. And that is one thing I always appreciate in a dress-it makes getting out the door in the morning that much faster/easier. Sometimes for me the less options the better.

Seeing The Forest For The Trees @SymmetryGoods
I love these scarves from Symmetry Goods with just a little added hardware. Small details like these really add to the overall appeal of a piece for me. They are definitely at the top of my fall shopping list.

Mail Order
Coming soon to my mailbox. I've been looking for one that wasn't quite this bright but at $7.50 I couldn't pass on this one.

New Kid On The Block
New Kid's Rachel Beagley, has managed to do what few shoe designers can. She has turned out phenomenal collection of smart looking shoes that won't cost you a months rent and with classic shapes and low heels these shoes are very wearable. In her winter collection you can catch glimpses of a 90's style that is hard to get just right -a little too much and it just looks trashy. In my opinion she has gotten it just right. I see some Lenny Kravitz in there and maybe even a little Prince? Though not limited only to to a nineties vibe, her winter 2010 collection also has some nordic and folkloric (is that a word) influences.

I Can't Decide...
I'm not sure how I feel about this bag by Correll Correll. It's made from re-purposed belts, straps and cords so each one is totally unique. I think I'm into it. Yes, yes I like it. I think...
